Job DescriptionProject Manager - Automation & RoboticsWe are seeking a driven Project Manager to lead automation and robotics projects from kickoff through completion. This role serves as the key link between customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.What You'll Do:Manage customer communication, scope, and expectationsLead full project lifecycle (kickoff through warranty)Build and manage timelines, budgets, and resourcesCoordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, assembly, programming)Oversee vendors and subcontractorsIdentify risks and drive solutionsTrack project performance, schedules, and quality metricsEnsure compliance with safety and industry standardsWhat You Bring:Experience in project management within automation, robotics, or manufacturingStrong communication and leadership skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Teams, MS Project, and/or SmartsheetFamiliarity with 2D/3D CAD toolsExcellent problem-solving and organizational abilitiesStrong attention to detail and time managementWhy Join?
