This is more than a traditional support role—you'll be involved in both day-to-day legal work and key projects that directly impact our team and clients.If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to build a strong foundation in the legal field, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and make a real contribution.What You'll Do• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence• Conduct legal research and compile relevant case and matter information• Support attorneys with both administrative tasks and project-based work• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and help coordinate deadlines• Organize and maintain case files, records, and client information with a high level of accuracy• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel• Assist in preparing materials for client meetings, depositions, and internal strategy sessionsHandle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretionYour Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceParalegal certification is a plus but not required2 to 4 years of office, legal, or professional workNatural and comfortable with exceptional customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilitiesDemonstrated ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively within a teamHighly motivated, proactive, and dependable with a strong work ethicYour Compensation & Benefits:Salary Range: $45,000-$58,000, commensurate with experienceCompany sponsored health and dental plansCompany paid holidays & sick daysProfessional development opportunities and allowancesCollaborative and supportive work cultureOpportunity to make a significant impact on the firm's growth and success
