Senior Program ManagerKnack Works is seeking a qualified and highly motivated Senior Program Manager to support one of our contracts in the Chantilly, VA office. The role is ideal for someone with 10+ years' experience managing large 65+ FTE with multiple subcontractors.Founded in 2015, Knack Works, based out of Northern Virginia, was formed to address the demand for cutting-edge development environments within the intelligence community. Knack Works is focused on providing scalable, automated solutions that enable our customers to perform their national security missions in an ever-changing environment of new technologies and evolving threats. Our flagship product, the "Knack Stack," introduces flexible and automated hybrid cloud infrastructure as a service for cloud-agnostic deployments and automation. As a leader, this position is critical to technical delivery leadership, technical business knowledge, resources, and client management.Duties/Task and Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the contractServe as the Government's point of contactProvide technical supervision and guidance for all personnel assigned to the contractHelp develop efficiency improvements and best business practices to the program officeOversee all contractual responsibilities and delivery of all contract deliverablesEnsure an efficient, effective, and economical level of contract support is provided to the program officeDevelop and manage risk and opportunitiesDevelop and manage on-contract growth targetsDevelop and manage program master scheduleProvide oversight of staff and support activitiesManage contract financialsMaximize award fee or incentive based fee scoreManage overall contract performance to include providing subcontract management, monitoring, invoicing, coordinating contract change proposals; and understanding the needs and customer expectations to ensure customer satisfaction. Some local travel can be expectedManage all internal contract reportingSupport the development of system documentationCollaborate with systems, security, and support teams as neededHere's what you'll need:10+ years' experience as a Senior Program Management experience within the IC CommunityDemonstrated experience managing programs with greater than 65 FTEs with multiple subcontractorsCurrent active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly (FSP preferred) or willingness to obtain an FSPManaged CPAF, FFP and LOE contractsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Cyber related fieldStrong management, leadership, written, and oral communications skillsExperience in Government acquisitionFamiliarity with industry best practices and Government contract and subcontract managementMust be able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification (preferred)Must work on-site in Northern VirginiaGood communication and collaborations skills with the ability to work in a team environmentExperience with LAN/WAN operations and protocolsExperience working in development and operational environmentsDesired Requirements:A current TS/SCI with FSP PolyWhat We Offer:Opportunity to growSupportive team environment with mentoringCompetitive salary and outstanding benefits packagePosted Salary Range: Minimum 140,000.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper 180,000.00Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
