Role: Continuous Improvement EngineerLocation: Maple Grove, MN / Minneapolis, MNExperience: 6–12 years Key Responsibilities:Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologiesIdentify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste, and implement sustainable solutionsLead and facilitate Kaizen events, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem-solving workshopsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering)Analyze production data and KPIs to track performance and improvement opportunitiesStandardize best practices and ensure process documentation is maintainedSupport cost reduction, productivity improvement, and quality enhancement initiativesTrain and mentor teams on CI tools and methodologiesRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred)Hands-on experience in manufacturing/process improvement environmentsExpertise in tools like Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, TPM, FMEAStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesPreferred Industry Experience:Manufacturing / Industrial / Automotive / Heavy Engineering domains
