Paraprofessional Teacher 2024-2025 (ABA/RBT style support)

Esformes Hebrew Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Paraprofessional Support Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a teacher with previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs. RBT/ABA Style Training and experience a plus! Responsibilities: Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop and implement appropriate accommodations and modifications Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra assistance with academic tasks Assist with classroom management and behavior support, as needed Assist in the implementation of instructional strategies and interventions designed to meet the individualized needs of students Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred Previous experience working with students in an educational setting preferred Knowledge of instructional strategies and interventions to support diverse learners Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
