Project: Prisma to Wiz.io Migration – CNAPP Deployment & Enablement Role SummaryThe Wiz Implementation Engineer (Automation) will be responsible for deploying, integrating, and automating Wiz CNAPP capabilities across cloud, Kubernetes, and container environments.The role focuses on enabling security visibility (containers, registries, CI/CD pipelines) and building automation for onboarding, validation, and reporting, ensuring scalable and consistent deployment aligned with program objectives. Key Responsibilities1. Wiz Deployment & IntegrationConfigure and onboard Wiz across: Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)Kubernetes clusters and workloadsContainer registries (GAR, ACR, JFrog or equivalent)Enable scanning for: Vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and IAM risksValidate onboarding completeness and asset visibility 2. Kubernetes & Container Security EnablementOnboard clusters, namespaces, and workloads into WizEnable: Container image scanningRuntime security visibilityValidate coverage and consistency of security findings 3. Registry & Cloud Security ConfigurationImplement registry scanning and connectivity setupTroubleshoot onboarding and scanning issuesEnsure accurate ingestion of security findings across environments 4. CI/CD Integration (Wiz CLI)Integrate Wiz CLI into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab CI)Enable: Automated vulnerability scanningPolicy enforcement during builds and deploymentsValidate pipeline scan execution and outputs 5. Python Automation & ToolingDevelop automation scripts for: Wiz API integrations (scan data, assets, findings)Onboarding validation and monitoringCoverage and scan reportingAutomate: Scan result extraction and processingValidation of registry, cluster, and pipeline scansBuild reusable utilities for: Coverage tracking across environmentsReporting and dashboards 6. Monitoring & ValidationValidate: Scan outputs across cloud, containers, and registriesConsistency of risk findings across environmentsGenerate deployment and coverage reportsSupport troubleshooting and issue resolution Technical Skills & ExperienceCore SkillsStrong Python scripting: REST API integrationJSON/data processingExperience with automation and scripting for cloud/security workflows Cloud & SecurityHands-on experience with: Wiz / Prisma / CNAPP toolsStrong understanding of: Cloud security (IAM, vulnerabilities, misconfigurations)Container security concepts Kubernetes & ContainersWorking knowledge of: Kubernetes (pods, namespaces, RBAC)Docker and container lifecycleExperience onboarding Kubernetes into security platforms CI/CD & DevOpsExperience integrating tools into: CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with DevSecOps practices and pipeline-based deployments PreferredExposure to multi-cloud environmentsExperience in enterprise-scale security rollout programsExperience in regulated environments Experience Required5–8 years in Cloud Security / DevSecOps / Platform EngineeringHands-on experience with: CNAPP tools (Wiz preferred)Python automation
