The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in delivering quality customer service to clients, staff, vendors and visitors by providing front desk and administrative support. Experience as an administrative assistant, or experience performing supportive duties. Familiar with Quickbooks and customer service. Work efficiently and in a timely manner on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision Technologically savvy; able to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality Ability to multitask between separate entities within the parent company Deadline driven and highly organized Communicate clearly, both written and verbally Create expenses, convert to invoices, billing Additional Responsibilities: Answer inbound telephone calls Contact businesses by telephone in order to initiate sales for janitorial services Deliver prepared sale scripts that describe services in order to persuade potential customers to purchase services Explain services and answer questions from potential customers Obtain customer information such as name, address, company name, email, etc. and organize into computer database Adjust sales scripts to better target interests of specific clientele facilities.
