This role will play a key part in maintaining data integrity, supporting payroll processes, and enhancing HR systems, policies, and overall operational efficiency.The ideal candidate is both technical and people-focused, with the ability to manage HRIS workflows, ensure payroll accuracy, and support employee relations and compliance initiatives. This position is critical in driving seamless HR operations and delivering a positive and consistent employee experience across the organization.Responsibilities will include:Maintain and ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of all employee data within PaylocityCollaborate with HR teams to streamline processes and improve system configurations for better efficiency.Serve as a subject matter expert for HRIS functionality, reporting, and troubleshootingManage onboarding workflows in the HRIS, ensuring new hires are properly set up and compliantHost and facilitate weekly new hire orientations, ensuring a positive onboarding experience and accurate communication of company policies, procedures, and cultureSupport system integrations between HRIS, payroll, and benefits platformsCreate and maintain HRIS documentation, user guides, and standard operating proceduresGenerate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making and complianceAssist with employee relations matters, documentation, and investigations as needed, escalating complex issues as appropriateProvide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and proceduresCreation and administration of exit interview surveys and performance reviews through the HRIS, utilizing standardized templates to ensure consistent data collection and analysisAssist with exit surveys and analyze trends to improve retentionReview and process invoices related to corporate benefits, ensuring accuracy in billingSupport audits and maintain accurate HR records and documentationProvide training and support for HR staff and other end users to ensure effective use of the HRISBe flexible and ready to take on additional responsibilities as directed by managementPosition Qualifications / Minimum Requirements:Proficiency in HRIS management and onboarding document processes, with expertise in Paylocity requiredBachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferredStrong understanding of HR practices, compliance, and regulationsExperience with data analysis and reporting to inform decision-makingExcellent communication (written and verbal) and training skills, with the ability to effectively support end usersStrong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and securityAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issuesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Additional Information / Benefits:Annual performance-based bonus opportunitiesMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans401(k) with company matchCell phone reimbursementShort- and Long-Term DisabilityBasic Life & Accidental Death InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Paid holidaysPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid parental leaveCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesHigh-energy company with a friendly, supportive team environmentBenefits are offered to eligible full-time employees.To be considered for employment, candidates must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
