This modernized role integrates advanced building automation systems (BAS) and predictive maintenance with strict federal security directives.Given a highly optimized small staff profile, the manager executes dual responsibilities: serving as the primary administrator for federal compliance, contract logistics, and energy planning, while directly leading hands-on technical remediation, configuration control, and 24/7 emergency response.High-Reliability Mission Plant Operations & Asset Sustainment Personnel Management, Safety, & Cross-Training SCIF Management, Mission Protection, & Electronic Security Inclement Weather Operations & Snow Removal Contingencies24/7 Contingency Command & Continuity of OperationsBS/BA degree + 2-4 years of related work experience.
