Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving the reliability and performance of our manufacturing processes and equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing downtime through effective maintenance strategies and process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance.Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify potential failure points in processes and equipment.Perform root cause analysis for equipment failures and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements in manufacturing.Utilize computer maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities and improve reliability metrics.Support plant control systems and ensure proper functionality of industrial manufacturing equipment.Manage projects related to reliability enhancements and process control improvements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.Proven experience in reliability engineering, particularly in industrial manufacturing environments.Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools.Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and root cause analysis.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.BenefitsCompensation: $110k-130k/year + Bonus401(k) MatchingDental InsuranceHealth InsurancePaid Time Off Email Your Resume In Word ToJordan.Roberts@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
