Build a distinct voice for each while keeping the group cohesive.Create & ShootPhotograph, film, and edit content in-house. From perfectly lit flat lays to raw behind-the-bar Reels - you're the creative director on location.Grow the NumbersTrack analytics, monitor trends, run paid social campaigns, and report on what's working. Gut feelings are great; data backs them up.Build CommunityEngage with followers, respond to DMs and comments, coordinate influencer partnerships, and help drive real reservations and foot traffic.Your Day-to-Day Hit ListDevelop and execute monthly content calendars for all four venuesShoot and edit photo + video content on-site and coordinate with other photographersWrite copy that sounds like a real human, not a press releaseCollaborate with our chefs and bar teams to hype new menus, specials & eventsManage paid social budgets and optimize ad performanceIdentify and outreach to Miami-based micro-influencers and content creatorsMonitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions across all platforms - dailyStay ahead of platform algorithm changes and trending audio / formatsPull weekly analytics reports and present insights to ownershipCoordinate with local press, event partners, and PR when neededYou Might Be Our Person If...You have 2-4 years of experience managing social media for hospitality, food & bev, lifestyle, or a brand you're genuinely proud ofYou can shoot on your phone and make it look intentional (iPhone or Android - we don't gatekeep)You understand the difference between Instagram aesthetics and TikTok energy - and you can do bothYou're fluent in Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar scheduling toolsYou've run paid social campaigns and understand CPM, CTR, and ROAS without Googling themYou write captions people actually read - not just post and ghostYou're comfortable working evenings and weekends (yes, that means being on-site during the fun parts)Miami food and nightlife culture isn't just your job - it's your actual sceneBonus: Basic video editing in CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci ResolveBonus: Bilingual English/Spanish - Miami is Miami, after allThe Vibe"We're not a corporate machine.
