Java Fullstack Lead Developer

Position: Java Fullstack Lead DeveloperLocation: Boston, MA or Lake Mary, FL (Hybrid, 3-4 days onsite per week)Job Description:Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ years of experience.8+ years of hands-on Java development experience (Java 21+ preferred).Strong experience with Spring Boot and RESTful microservices.Frontend development expertise with Angular 19+ and RxJS.Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf.Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud-native environments.Strong knowledge of Kafka, MQ, and event-driven architectures.Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.Proficiency with Git and Agile methodologies.Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience.
