If you're looking for a place where your contributions actually matter and no two days look exactly the same, you'll fit right in here.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and walk-in - providing prompt, professional, and friendly communicationGreet and assist walk-in customers and vendors, directing them appropriately and ensuring a positive front-desk experienceManage and respond to a high volume of inbound emails, ensuring inquiries are answered or escalated in a timely mannerAnswer multi-line phones and handle or transfer calls with professionalismFollow up on open orders, proofs, and artwork approvals to keep jobs moving on scheduleCommunicate order status updates, delays, and delivery timelines to customers proactivelyAssist with quotes and pricing inquiries using established pricing guidelinesMaintain organized records of customer interactions, orders, and correspondenceCollaborate with production, art, and shipping departments to resolve issues and keep workflow smoothPerform general front-office administrative duties as neededWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR1+ years of customer service, front desk, or office administration experience (manufacturing, print, or production environment a plus)Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable managing email volume and phone calls simultaneouslyStrong organizational skills and attention to detail — you catch things before they become problemsProficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; comfort learning order management or production softwareAbility to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentTeam player with a positive attitude who takes ownership of their roleReliable, punctual, and committed to showing up and following throughWHAT WE OFFERCompetitive hourly pay: $18–$23/hr, depending on experiencePaid Time Off (PTO)401(k) retirement planConsistent, predictable schedule: Monday through Friday, no nights or weekendsA tight-knit team and collaborative work environmentOpportunity to grow with a well-established and expanding company
