DescriptionAs a Solution Consultant, your primary responsibility will be demonstrating Tyler's Public Safety solution to prospective clients during the sales process.ResponsibilitiesPerform high-energy, on-site demonstrations of the Public SafetyPartner with Account Executives to tailor the demonstration to each prospectConduct detailed on-site discoveries to better understand the prospects' needsDocument the prospects' requirements in an easy-to-read format for the Account ExecutiveSet up on-site labs for prospects to utilize the software before deciding to purchasePerform high-level web demonstrations and monthly scheduled webinars for prospectsParticipate in trade shows by helping generate leads and performing high-level demonstrationsUtilize CRM to better understand the prospects' sales cycleProvide demo data for RFP, help maintain RFP documentation on products and services, and assist with keeping marketing material up-to-dateQualificationsProven success in demonstrating ERP or similarly complex software solutions is highly preferredKnowledge of the Public Safety domain and marketplace is a plusExcellent presentation skills at the C-levelAbility to build strong relationships at all levels of an organizationMust be highly energized, creative, and organizedBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceAbility to travel up to 80% nationally
