Establishes and maintains budgets and schedules for architectural project aspects.Knowledgeable in building codes, life safety and fire protection requirements and regulations.Ability to accurately perform a code evaluation of varying types of projects.May serve as lead architect on projects as required.Completes bid documents and compile bid evaluations with direction.Provide detailed correspondence including transmittals, shop drawing processing, change orders and product information on designated projects.Manages and educates architectural staff assigned to projects.Travels to various site locations as necessary to fulfill project scope requirements.Performs other duties as required for the efficient operation of the department and successful implementation of all departmental goals.*Bachelor of Science in Architecture required.
