This role focuses on jobsite safety, productivity, quality control, and coordination between field crews and project management. The Senior Field Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently and in compliance with contract documents and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Plan and supervise daily field operations and workforce activities Determine construction means, methods, and labor requirements Coordinate work between trades, subcontractors, and project teams Maintain liaison with owner, architect, engineer, and project management Enforce company and OSHA safety policies across the jobsite Assist with schedules, budgets, material procurement, and labor forecasting Maintain daily logs, timesheets, and field documentation Generate RFIs and review submittals for compliance Mentor and train field personnel Manage jobsite logistics, temporary facilities, and quality control programs Qualifications Minimum ten years of supervisory experience in the construction industry Proven leadership and field coordination experience Degree in engineering or construction management preferred Familiarity with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office Valid drivers license and insurable driving record Benefits $95,000- $120,000 ( DOE) Full Benefits + PTO Car allowance + Gas Card 401K , Medical, Dental, and Vision For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
