Technical Program Manager IILocation: Onsite – Mountain View, CA Duration: 6+ Months ContractJob SummarySeeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional programs for Product & Engineering teams, manage enterprise customer forums and executive events, streamline feedback processes, and ensure customer insights influence product roadmap planning.ResponsibilitiesManage virtual and in-person customer forums and executive events.Coordinate registrations, attendee tracking, surveys, and event logistics.Track enterprise customer feedback and feature requests.Partner with Product, Engineering, and Account teams to improve feedback workflows.Identify risks, manage dependencies, and remove blockers.Build scalable operational processes and improve cross-functional collaboration.Required Qualifications5+ years of Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Operations experience in a technology environment.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Experience with cross-functional program execution and process improvement.Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools.Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python.Experience using AI tools and AI-assisted development ("Vibe Coding").Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree preferred.Experience with B2B SaaS and cloud technologies.Prior experience managing Product Advisory Boards (PABs), enterprise customer programs, or customer onboarding.
