This role is responsible for driving business performance, operational excellence, client satisfaction, and people development while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values. AVP serves as a key link between regional operations and executive leadership, translating strategy into execution.Lead Regional Strategy and Operations: Ensuring Consistent Execution, Performance Metrics, and Service Quality Across All Sites. Own Regional Financial Performance: Driving Revenue Growth, Margin Improvement, and Cost Discipline. Strengthening Client and Stakeholder Relationships: Serving as the Senior Escalation Point and Ensuring Contractual Excellence.
