Job Description Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair heavy duty trucks and trailersPerform repairs and maintenance on wheel ends, brake systems, and air suspension systemsTroubleshoot and repair electrical and diagnostic issuesService cooling systems and air conditioning systemsPerform oil changes, preventative maintenance, and routine inspectionsRepair and replace tires as neededConduct DOT inspections and identify needed repairs to ensure complianceComplete work orders and service documentation accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety procedures and service standardsCommunicate repair needs and job status with management and team membersQualifications Previous experience in heavy duty truck and trailer repair preferredStrong knowledge of commercial truck and trailer systemsExperience with brakes, wheel ends, suspension, electrical, and diagnosticsAbility to perform preventative maintenance and inspectionsAbility to work in a fast-paced shop environmentStrong troubleshooting skills and attention to detailDependable attendance and strong work ethicValid driver’s license preferredCDL is a plus, if applicablePhysical Requirements Ability to lift heavy parts and tools with or without assistanceAbility to stand, bend, kneel, and work in a shop environment for extended periodsAbility to work in varying temperatures and around heavy equipmentAbility to safely use tools, diagnostic equipment, lifts, and shop machineryWhat We Offer Competitive payBenefits package availablePaid time off401(k) with company matchTraining and advancement opportunitiesTeam-oriented work environment#INDEEDMSVTM
