US Change Manager
Hybrid schedule, onsite 3x weekly at Victory Avenue location. Responsibilities : Lead and drive a customer-focused culture throughout the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge Manage and resolve complex, multi-faceted projects and system implementations supporting strategic transaction banking initiatives across multiple geographies Prepare detailed action plans, conduct research/analysis, coordinate UAT efforts, define business requirements, and document procedures/policies Serve as SME and liaison with internal users, suppliers, and external regulatory bodies where required Contribute to the development and execution of future-state service and operating models for cash management operations Support optimization initiatives focused on multinational transaction banking operations across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada Develop detailed understanding of transaction banking products, operating models, and operational frameworks Assist with development of management reporting, MIS metrics, and operational dashboards for senior leadership Design and reengineer operational processes and tools to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and lower operational costs Document operational processes and procedures to support risk management and governance initiatives Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure milestone delivery within established timelines Ensure adherence to operational risk, regulatory compliance, AML/ATF, and conduct risk frameworks Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive team environment Required Skills: 8+ years of Change Management experience within enterprise environments 5+ years of management experience supporting Transaction Banking products and operations Strong understanding of Corporate/Commercial Deposits and back-office operational processes/interfaces Experience with operational risk management techniques and governance frameworks Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel 3+ years of experience utilizing JIRA and Confluence for business analysis and project delivery Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies Strong process mapping, documentation, and workflow optimization capabilities Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in fast-paced environments Preferred Skills: CBAP, CCBA, or related business analysis certification Financial Services or Transaction Banking industry experience within large enterprise organizations Experience supporting multinational banking operations and cash management platforms SGA is a technology and resource solutions provider driven to stand out.
