This position provides strategic leadership, daily management, and hands-on support for all technology systems across campus. The Director ensures a secure, efficient, and innovative technology environment that supports teaching, learning, and school operations while advancing the mission of Catholic education.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Leadership & StrategyDevelop and implement a comprehensive technology plan aligned with the school’s mission and strategic goals.Manage the technology budget, including purchasing, licensing, and vendor relationships.Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance instruction and operational efficiency.Lead initiatives that integrate technology into curriculum and student life.User Onboarding & Account ManagementOversee the onboarding of all students, faculty, and staff to:Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Classroom, etc.)BlackbaudScoirMicrosoft CanvaAdobe Creative CloudCreate, manage, and maintain user accounts, permissions, and licenses.Provide training sessions, documentation, and ongoing support for effective platform use.Ensure timely user offboarding while maintaining data security and compliance.Security Systems ManagementMaintain and operate campus security camera systems, including:Monitoring system performanceTroubleshooting hardware/software issuesManaging storage, backups, and retention policiesAdminister and support security gate and swipe badge access systems:Manage user access levels and permissionsAdd/remove users and generate reportsCoordinate with vendors for system updates, repairs, and improvements.Ensure all systems align with school safety protocols and best practices.Printing & Device ManagementManage all campus printers, hardware, cabling, and multifunction devices.Install, update, and maintain printer drivers across student and staff devices.Monitor usage, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance with vendors.Maintain device inventory and ensure optimal performance across campus.Technical Support & InfrastructureProvide responsive, hands-on technical support to faculty, staff, and students.Maintain network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, servers, and hardware systems.Ensure data security, privacy compliance, and regular system backups.Oversee technology inventory, asset management, and lifecycle planning.Collaboration & CommunicationPartner with school leadership, faculty, and staff to support instructional and operational needs.Communicate technology policies, updates, and best practices clearly and effectively.Promote responsible, ethical, and innovative use of technology in a faith-based environment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).3–5+ years of experience in technology management, preferably in an educational setting.Strong working knowledge of:Google WorkspaceBlackbaudMicrosoft OfficeCanva and Adobe platformsExperience with security camera systems and access control (badge/swipe systems).Experience managing printers, drivers, and networked devices.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education and an all-girls learning environment.Physical & Other RequirementsAbility to lift and move equipment (up to 25 lbs).Availability for occasional after-hours support.Must be able to work on-site in Savannah, GeorgiaSalary: Commensurate with experienceHealth, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K Benefits availablePaid time off
