Job DescriptionAs a Senior Sage Intacct Implementation Associate, you will be instrumental in implementing Sage Intacct solutions for clients. Your duties will include system setup and configuration, the creation of automated journal entries, process optimization, and providing training and ongoing support.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, administer, and continuously optimize Sage Intacct to enhance efficiency, performance, and the overall user experience.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements. Partner with internal product owners and external vendors to implement new features and requirements, ensuring robust integration and support across all systems.Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and training resources to ensure transparency and facilitate ongoing system maintenance.Identify opportunities to improve financial workflows and drive the implementation of effective, streamlined operations.Customize Sage Intacct to meet specific business requirements, ensuring that system configurations align with organizational objectives.Develop and implement automated journal entries to boost operational efficiency in financial processes.Design and build custom and advanced financial and operational reports in collaboration with business stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.Plan and deliver workshops on advanced Sage Intacct modules, enabling users to develop expertise and maximize the platform’s value.Develop thorough end-user training materials and conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions for new modules and enhancements. Prepare supporting documentation to ensure comprehensive understanding and adoption.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Sage Intacct automations. Assist users in navigating Sage Intacct, resolving issues, and offering guidance on daily features and functionality.Collaborate with internal product owners to maintain integrations between Sage Intacct and other business systems or applications, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity across platforms.Support the management of implementation projects, ensuring that timelines are met and quality standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.Perform regular reviews, testing, and system audits to safeguard the integrity and performance of solutions, while managing user access appropriately.Stay current with the latest Sage Intacct features and best practices, incorporating new developments into client solutions as needed.QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Equivalent experience will also be considered.A minimum of three years of experience working with Sage Intacct is expected, including hands-on experience in implementation and end-user support.Demonstrated expertise in project management, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency in data analysis and experience in developing automated financial processes.Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and consistently meet deadlines.In-depth understanding of accounting processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Financial Close) and the ability to design integrated solutions.Extensive hands-on experience with Sage Intacct, including advanced features such as Contracts, Global Consolidation & Advanced Ownership, Inventory, Platform Services, and Sage Intacct AI.Preferred experience working in or with financial services organizations, especially in the family office or wealth management sectors.Strong presentation skills, reflected in successful presentations to internal/external stakeholders and at industry conferences.Process-focused, with expertise in designing, implementing, and managing business processes efficiently.Certification in Sage Intacct or similar products is a plus.Proficiency with Bill.com, web-based applications using Microsoft technologies, as well as Alteryx, SQL, Canoe Intelligence, and Power BI.
