This team represents employees across the country in wage and hour disputes and other employment-related claims, handling cases that actually move the needle. If you like ownership, impact, and a steady pipeline of meaningful work—this is your lane.What You’ll DoManage a full caseload of plaintiff-side employment matters from intake through resolutionDraft complaints, motions, and discovery (propound and respond—no hiding from it)Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and handle hearingsNegotiate settlements and, when needed, take cases to trialWhat You BringJ.D. and active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction3+ years of employment litigation experienceSolid grasp of wage & hour laws (FLSA, state equivalents)Comfortable owning cases—this is not a hand-holding environmentWhy This Role Hits DifferentFully remote—work from wherever you do your best thinkingReal autonomy: you’re trusted to run your casesNational platform with a consistent flow of impactful casesLean, focused team—less bureaucracy, more lawyeringCompetitive compensation with upside tied to your resultsCompensation & Benefits:The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 to $200,000.
