Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goalsDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategiesLead cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration among stakeholdersMonitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plansManage project budgets, timelines, and overall quality of deliverablesCommunicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior managementEnsure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practicesFacilitate meetings, including project kick-offs, status updates, and post-project reviewsDrive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and efficiencyRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldProven experience as a Project Manager.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsProject Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)Industry-specific experience relevant to the organizationKey SkillsLeadership and team managementTime and risk managementStakeholder communicationBudgeting and resource planningStrategic thinking and decision-making
