About the jobSenior AI/ML Engineer – East Coast/RemoteOur client, a fast-growing financial data services company, is expanding their AI/ML capabilities and seeking a hands-on AI/ML Engineer to lead R&D initiatives, develop innovative solutions, and mentor a small but talented team.Location: Remote - reports to Atlanta, GA (some travel to Atlanta is expected)Salary Range : Up to $170-200k + 15-20%Benefits: Unlimited PTO, 401k Match, Comprehensive benefits etc.What You'll Do:Build, deploy, and optimize AI/ML and LLM-driven solutions (e.g. NLP, unstructured data analysis, RAG).Collaborate with business and technical teams to solve complex, data-heavy problems.Provide thought leadership, mentor junior engineers, and help shape our AI strategy.Contribute to both R&D projects and real-world product implementations.What We're Looking For:5+ years in applied AI/ML engineering (3+ with strong academic/industry background considered).Strong Python expertise (core requirement).Experience with LLMs, NLP, and related frameworks.Comfort with SQL and data-driven environments.Proven ability to collaborate, mentor, and contribute positively to team culture.Please apply with an up-to-date resume#J-18808-Ljbffr
