Accounting Manager | $150K + Bonus + Equity | Irvine, CA (Onsite)A publicly traded, high-growth technology company is hiring an Accounting Manager to join their leadership team in Irvine. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on in the day-to-day while also helping build scalable processes, systems, and a strong accounting function for future growth.You’ll play a key role in:• Owning the month-end close process and delivering accurate financial reporting• Leading process improvements and strengthening internal controls• Supporting ERP implementation and system upgrades• Partnering with leadership on budgets, forecasts, and operating performance• Assisting with SEC reporting and public company compliance• Helping integrate acquired businesses as the company continues to grow• Mentoring and developing a small accounting teamIdeal background:• 5+ years of accounting experience• Public company and/or technology industry experience preferred• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge• CPA highly preferred• Experience with SOX 404, ASC 606, ASC 842, consolidations, or M&A is a plus• ERP implementation experience strongly preferred• Comfortable rolling up your sleeves while also leading initiativesWhy consider it:• $150K base salary• Performance bonus + equity• 100% employer-paid medical• 401(k) match• Strong work/life balance• Growth-focused environment with executive visibilityIf you’d like to learn more, message me directly.
