Pro Services, Inc. a leading industrial maintenance provider, is seeking an exceptional Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at the McWane Ductile facility in Coshocton, Ohio. As part of our growing maintenance crew, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your electrical expertise and make a real impact on a critical manufacturing operation. In this role, you will be responsible for the essential electrical maintenance and repair work that keeps the ductile iron casting and pipe production processes running smoothly. Your duties will include: Servicing and troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and other automation and control devices Diagnosing, repairing, and overhauling the electrical components of critical production equipment including overhead cranes, furnaces, forges, recycling systems, lifts, and saws Installing and configuring new or replacement electrical motors, sensors, and controls Maintaining interior and exterior facility electrical wiring/infrastructure Quickly responding to and resolving electrical failures or breakdowns on the production floor To power up this role, you'll need: 4-8 years of hands-on experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing or maintenance setting Advanced electrical skills, including the ability to program and install a wide range of electrical devices, with specific expertise in Allen-Bradley PLC systems Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, drawings, and manuals Expertise in using testing meters and other electrical diagnostic equipment Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication abilities Commitment to safety and a track record of following lockout/tag out procedures In return, Pro Services offers an exceptional benefits package, including 100% medical premium coverage from day one, vision and dental insurance, bonus pay opportunities, and a 401(k) with employer matching.
