The successful candidate will work with clients to understand learning requirements and develop training materials for online, instructor-led, and end-user reference materials.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute large-scale training deployment strategiesBuild training materials using the Microsoft Suite as well as training-specific programs including Storyline and/or CaptivateConsult with clients to develop training strategiesProgram learning management system with new programsProvide project planning and oversight for organizational initiativesOversee the tracking of training records to minimize organizational risk and ensure the legal defensibility of all training programsConduct training gap analyses by working with subject matter experts to identify required knowledge, skills, and abilitiesPrepare educational materials and technical documentsConduct training evaluation surveysQualifications8+ years designing and developing large-scale training systems and the required materialsShall provide excellent customer service, be innovative, and maintain a high level of integrityMust have excellent verbal and written skills and be able to communicate effectivelyStrong ability to work with technical colleagues and produce relevant content for trainingMust have good PC skills with experience in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookMust have experience with Storyline or CaptivateMust have experience using graphic design and/or training content development softwareMust have expertise in enterprise learning management systemsCompensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition.
