Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Westwood, NJ. The Director of Day Camps & Youth Programs will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, development, and execution of various youth programs, camps, and recreational activities. Responsibilities include designing engaging and inclusive programming, supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role requires strong leadership to foster collaborative team environments and build relationships with families, community organizations, and stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience in Youth Programs and Youth Development, with a passion for empowering children and fostering growthExpertise in Program Management and Program Development to create and implement engaging and holistic activitiesDemonstrated ability in Fundraising and building community partnerships to support programs and servicesStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with diverse populationsKnowledge of health, safety, and childcare regulations is preferredBachelor’s degree in Education, Youth Development, Nonprofit Management, or a related field is highly desirable
