School Age Child Care Site Lead

The Wyoming County YMCA is looking for a site lead for an after school program at our Letchworth Elementary School Site.The site lead is responsible for supervision of staff, planning and delivery of activities, relationship building with staff, students, parents and OCFS licensors and implementation of all OCFS regulations. This position needs to be available from 1:45-6:00 Monday through Friday and will count in ratio with the other staff at the site. The candidate needs to have supervisory experience, a love for elementary aged children, be creative and want to make a difference in the lives of our participants. Some educational experience with PreK aged children is a plus. Pay is $18 per hour and a free membership to the GLOW YMCA is included. Several OCFS clearances are required, including background checks, finger printing and OCFS trainings. Positions to start at the beginning of September and run until end of June with the possibility of working summer programming if interested.Must be 18 years or older
