DescriptionRole: Junior Software DeveloperDepartment: AutomationLocation: Erlanger, KY, Atlanta, GA or Westfield, INAs a Junior Software Developer, you will support the configuration and implementation of Invar’s in-house Warehouse System, a software platform used to control and optimize warehouse operations. Invar is now part of Storage Solutions, and this role sits within Storage Solutions while remaining deeply focused on Invar’s products, technology, and customer projects.The Warehouse System is deployed in environments ranging from simple RF/manual workflows to highly automated facilities utilizing conveyors, cranes, palletizers, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), robotic arms, and other advanced material handling systems.You will receive mentorship and training to learn the system architecture and apply it to real customer projects. This includes developing features in C#/.NET, configuring workflows, integrating with equipment and host systems, and helping test solutions prior to deployment.Junior developers work closely with senior engineers throughout the full project lifecycle, including requirements clarification, development, and testing, as well as participation in site installation, user training, and post-go-live support. Over time, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of project workstreams as your knowledge and skills grow.No background in warehouse automation is required; full training is provided.
