Prep Cook

ATLA is one of the projects by world-renowned Chef Enrique Olvera, located in New York City. We are seeking prep cooks who can start working immediately. Position requirements include at least one year of experience, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities include working in both service and production. Your duties will include but not be limited to: Perform the necessary preparation of the food items as instructed; Communicate with the chef, other prep cooks, and line cooks.
