Powersports Technician

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Powersports Technician to join our growing team. If you're passionate about motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or other power sports vehicles-and take pride in quality workmanship-we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Diagnose, service, and repair powersports vehicles including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and related equipmentPerform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire installs, brake service, inspections, etc.)Troubleshoot electrical, engine, and drivetrain issuesComplete work orders accurately and efficientlyMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow safety procedures and manufacturer guidelinesCommunicate clearly with service advisors and team membersQualifications:Previous experience as a power sports or small-engine technician preferredStrong mechanical and diagnostic skillsAbility to use hand and power tools safely and effectivelyExperience with electrical systems a plusFactory or OEM certifications are a bonus (but not required)Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivatedValid driver's license What We Offer:Competitive pay based on experienceConsistent workload in a fast-growing industryOpportunities for training and advancementSupportive team environmentEmployee discounts on parts and accessories
