General Laborer 1st Shift Shift: 4AM-2PM Schedule: Monday-Friday (Overtime is possible and mandatory if scheduled) Job Summary: Responsible for performing essential metal preparation and finishing tasks in a manufacturing environment, including cleaning, grinding, and deburring to ensure quality and readiness for production. Operates hand and pneumatic tools safely and effectively while following all workplace safety procedures. Key Responsibilities: Clean, grind, and prepare metal components Deburr machined and fabricated parts using hand tools and pneumatic (air-powered) equipment to meet quality standards Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment Qualifications: Ability to accurately read a tape measure Previous experience operating pneumatic (air) tools Steel toe boots required Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds Ability to bend, twist, and carry items throughout the shift
