The Medical Biller will handle tasks related to medical billing, including processing claims, investigating denials, and ensuring accurate coding. Responsibilities include working with insurance providers, verifying coverage, and ensuring compliance with billing regulations and best practices. The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of medical billing processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.Qualifications Proficiency in Medical Terminology and a solid understanding of ICD-10 coding Experience in managing claim Denials and following up to ensure resolution Knowledge of Insurance processes and familiarity with Medicare guidelines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely Experience in pediatric or therapy-specific billing is a plus Relevant certification or training in medical billing is preferredFrom $35 an hour BenefitsDisability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Life insurance
