If you want to be part of a company that cares about you as a person, and not just as an employee number, Islands is the place for you!What We Are Looking For:We are looking for skilled and highly motivated restaurant managers at all levels, with the following qualifications:Minimum of two years of full-service or fast casual restaurant management, including kitchen/BOH experienceAt least 21 years of ageResponsible with keys to open/close the restaurant, and cash handlingResponsibility for the health, safety, and welfare of the staffPositive, team-based leadershipUpholds safe work practices and legal compliance in all areas.Demonstrates professionalism and holds staff accountable for professional behavior.Valid food handler card, or able to obtain one prior to the completion of trainingValid food RBS certification, or able to obtain one prior to the completion of trainingStrong work ethic with attention to detailAbility to meet the physical requirements of the job descriptionDesire to work in a diverse environment that promotes belonging and inclusionWhat You Will Gain:Islands strives to promote a healthy work-life balance, a lively and fun work atmosphere, and plenty of room for growth and development.
