A multi-unit restaurant company is looking for a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across all locations. This role is responsible for keeping equipment running, managing vendors, controlling repair costs, and supporting new restaurant openings. The position requires regular travel to locations and strong follow-through on both field and administrative responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee preventative and reactive maintenance across all restaurant locationsTravel up to 40% to conduct site visits and support operational needsManage and direct third-party service vendorsEvaluate equipment condition and ensure timely repairsMaintain accurate equipment records and service documentationIdentify recurring issues and implement solutions to reduce downtimeAdminister the company's maintenance management systemManage repair budgets and monitor maintenance spendSupport capital planning and equipment replacement strategyAssist with new restaurant openings, including equipment coordinationMaintain facilities documentation, manuals, and compliance recordsEnsure adherence to safety and regulatory standardsQualificationsMinimum 5 years of facilities or maintenance leadership experience in a multi-unit restaurant or hospitality environmentStrong knowledge of commercial kitchen systems, including HVAC and refrigerationExperience managing service vendors across multiple locationsExperience overseeing maintenance budgetsExperience using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)Experience supporting restaurant openings or remodels preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft OfficeCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salaryPerformance-based bonusMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off401(k)Travel reimbursementJ-18808-Ljbffr
