Construction Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding the budget.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the projectNegotiate contracts with external vendors Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authoritiesWork with site supervision to coordinate and schedule construction operations to ensure deadlines are metTrack all phased of the construction project to make sure material and manpower are available when neededCollaborate and allocate responsibilities with site supervision and Assistant Project ManagersSchedule and conduct onsite meetings with trade partners and owners Manage project accounting and mitigate riskEvaluate project progress and prepare detailed reportsEnsure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issuesRequirements and skillsProven experience as Construction Project Manager at a Commercial General ContractorBSc/BA in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant fieldIn-depth understanding of construction procedures and material Technologically proficient including experience with Project Management Software, Procore PreferredOutstanding communication and negotiation skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsGoal Oriented with ambition to succeedA team player with leadership abilities5-10 years’ experience
