We are seeking an organized and customer-focused RV Service Advisor to join our service team and provide outstanding support to our customers.Responsibilities:Service Advisors are the primary point of contact for our customers who have service needs. The primary duties will include:Greeting customers and determining their service needs through active listening and effective questioningCreating detailed and accurate work orders for service technicians based on customer requests and vehicle diagnosticsProviding customers with estimates for repairs and maintenance, explaining the scope of work and associated costsCommunicating with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work and updating customers on the status of their vehiclesCoordinating with the parts department to ensure necessary parts are available for service jobsHandling customer inquiries and resolving service-related issues in a professional and courteous mannerMaintaining accurate records of all service transactions, including work orders, invoices, and customer communicationsEnsuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and supportStaying up-to-date with RV product knowledge and service procedures through ongoing training and professional developmentAdhering to all safety protocols and company policiesAll other responsibilities as assignedRequirementsMinimum Qualifications:Proven experience as a service advisor or in a similar customer service role, preferably in the automotive or RV industryStrong knowledge of RV systems, maintenance, and repair procedures (preferred)Excellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in using service management software and computer systemsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or business education is a plusValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysEssential Characteristics:Customer Focused: We listen, solve problems, and stay focused on our missionHumble: We stay coachable and always learning, confident in our skills but never arrogantReliable: We keep our word to our team and our customers--doing what we say every timeRelentless Drive: We have a strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and never settle in the pursuit of our missionOptimum RV LLC complies with all federal, state, and local laws prohibiting employment discrimination of any kind.
