Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Hartford, CT. The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by creating and executing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include leading corporate outreach, negotiating contracts, collaborating with hotel departments to meet customer needs, and analyzing market trends to better position the property. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales goals and maintaining a professional brand image for the hotel. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account ManagementStrong networking, relationship-building, and client communication abilitiesExperience in crafting and executing strategic sales plansProficiency in Market Analysis, Competitive Benchmarking, and reporting metricsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skillsProficiency with CRM software and other sales and hospitality toolsAdaptability in fast-paced environments and ability to work collaboratively across teamsBachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferredHospitality or hotel sales experience is highly desirable
