Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Nursing in Training based in Marion, IN, with the flexibility to operate remotely for certain responsibilities. The role involves gaining hands-on experience and providing leadership in nursing management, implementing effective care plans, overseeing infection control programs, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
