Electus Global Education Co, Inc. is a VC funded Tampa-based hybrid edtech and fintech startup (social enterprise) with patented AI-powered technologies that empower children and young adults (6 to 24) to learn financial, career, academic and life skills at home, in school, and in their communities. Our mission is to drive social impact by addressing critical issues such as economic opportunity, and upward social mobility. We are actively seeking to assemble a high-caliber Advisory Board comprised of seasoned leaders from the EdTech and FinTech sectors to steer our organization through an aggressive growth and scaling phase. As we formalize our \"two-product-line\" architecture—bridging the gap between a mass-market B2C SaaS model and a premium B2B2C managed program for institutional markets—we require strategic oversight to refine our multi-channel GTM execution and defend our value-based pricing structures. Strategic Mandate We are looking for strategic partners to help us scale Life Hub and our patented Infiniti AI Suite. As Board Advisors, you will provide the \"Growth Playbook\" to penetrate two distinct, non-overlapping markets:The Institutional GTM (Youth Organizations and Private Schools): Advise on high-level positioning for schools and youth organizations, leveraging our \"Triple Value\" model where we provide stipends and service fees to partners.The B2C Strategy (Families and Homeschool): Refine the penetration strategy for the direct to families including ESA markets, ensuring we remain the premier \"managed program\" choice for parents utilizing government funding. Advisor ProfileWe are seeking an individual who has \"been there and done that\" in the following areas:K-12 Sales: Deep experience navigating the procurement cycles of youth organizations, school districts, and state-funded educational programs.D2C SaaS & Homeschooling: Proven success in scaling direct-to-consumer educational products for family households and the homeschool community.Pricing & Business Modelling: Expertise in value-based pricing, specifically bundles that include software, human support, and administrative layers.Strategic Partnerships: A background in building revenue-share models with B2B partners and non-profits.To ensure the Advisory Board possesses the necessary depth to navigate our current scaling phase, candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in the following areas:EdTech Scaling & Growth: Direct experience leading or senior-level involvement in scaling an EdTech company from early-stage revenue to significant market expansion.Strategic Advisory Tenure: Previous experience serving as a Board Member, Advisor, or Consultant specifically for EdTech startups, providing actionable \"Growth Playbooks\".K-12 & Institutional Mastery: Deep expertise in navigating procurement cycles, building relationships, and closing sales with school districts, private schools, and state-funded educational programs.Youth Organization Partnerships: Proven success in selling to and managing high-level partnerships with youth organizations, particularly those utilizing revenue-share or stipend-based models.Startup Agility: Demonstrated success in high-growth, VC-funded environments, with the ability to provide strategic oversight on multi-channel GTM execution.FinTech Knowledge (Preferred but not mandatory): An understanding of the FinTech sector, specifically regarding financial literacy tools or payment architectures, is considered a significant plus.Commitment & CompensationRole: Board Advisory. Compensation: Equity only – vesting cycle over duration of engagement.Engagement: Monthly strategic board meetings + as-needed advisory calls with the executive team.
