We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

- Manage office tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and visitors
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Support office operations with a professional and friendly demeanor
*Skills*
- Proficient in office procedures and computer systems
- Experience with file management and organization
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to proofread documents accurately
- Prior experience in customer support or front desk roles
- Knowledge of title insurance, real estate, or lending is a plus
-Ability to multitask and assist in other roles
