The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. *Duties* - Manage office tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files - Provide exceptional customer service to customers and visitors - Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness - Support office operations with a professional and friendly demeanor *Skills* - Proficient in office procedures and computer systems - Experience with file management and organization - Strong customer service skills - Ability to proofread documents accurately - Prior experience in customer support or front desk roles - Knowledge of title insurance, real estate, or lending is a plus -Ability to multitask and assist in other roles Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: Real estate administrative: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Oconto, WI 54153 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Oconto, WI 54153: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
