Certified Medication Aide (CMA) - Full Time, 8 hour shifts

Certified Medication Aide (CMA) plays a key role in supporting resident health, safety, and daily quality of life within Branches Senior Living. This position is responsible for safely administering medications, monitoring resident responses, and maintaining accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with state regulations and facility policies. CMAs work closely with nurses, caregivers, and leadership to ensure residents receive consistent, person‑centered care. CMAs also assist with direct care tasks, observe and report changes in resident condition, and uphold Branches Senior Living’s standards for dignity, respect, and compassionate service. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliable follow‑through, and a commitment to maintaining a calm, supportive environment for residents and families.
