If you have experience in farming, landscaping, or outdoor labor, you're a great fit.Reliability: You show up ready to work in varying weather and terrainRequirements: Must be 18+ with a Valid driver's licensePhysical stamina: Ability to work outdoors and perform manual labor (digging, lifting, spotting)Team player: Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a diverse crewTravel: Ability to travel within the region for extended periods during the construction seasonBonus points:Already have a Class A CDL?
