This isn’t a "sit back and watch" role. You are the glue that keeps projects together and the gas that makes them go faster.What You’ll Be DoingGrowth & Marketing: Executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns, analyzing funnel performance, and finding new ways to scale WinIt’s user base.Operations & Finance: Managing financial tracking, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring our expansion efforts are profitable and data-backed.Special Projects: Taking "half-baked" ideas from the CEO and turning them into fully operational workflows.Rapid Context-Switching: Mastering the art of the "pivot."
