NO EXCEPTIONS- This is care delivery in the private homes of individual clients, you are not responsible for 7 - 14 patients/clients.- Must wear scrubs, mask, and badge during all working hour.- Assist Clients with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)- Must deliver care and companionship as directed in Care Plan and detailed in the shifttask list.- Position requires the ability to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals.- Must have reliable personal transportation and have a valid Driver's License to arriveat multiple assignments in a timely fashion- Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly both verbally and in writing inEnglish- Must have current CPR/First Aid Certification and current TB Test (within last 2 years)
