We are seeking an organized, results-oriented Director of Scheduling to lead our scheduling operations and independent contractor recruitment efforts.This role is responsible for managing a scheduling team, ensuring client projects are successfully staffed and completed, and maintaining strong relationships with our network of independent contractors. The position will also support and manage relationships with external marketing vendors to help drive contractor recruitment and engagement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the Scheduling Department to ensure successful project completion. Recruit, engage, and retain a nationwide network of independent contractors (Secret Shoppers). Manage scheduling operations to meet client deadlines and quality standards. Monitor project staffing levels and implement strategies to improve fulfillment rates. Collaborate with Operations, Client Services, and Marketing teams to achieve organizational goals. Manage relationships with external marketing vendors and agencies, ensuring recruitment campaigns align with company objectives. Analyze scheduling performance metrics and implement process improvements. Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to scheduling team members. QualificationsRequired3–5 years of experience in scheduling, workforce management, recruiting, operations, or project coordination. Experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.  PreferredExperience managing vendor relationships, including marketing or recruiting agencies. Experience in customer experience, mystery shopping, market research, field services, or related industries. Fluency in one or more foreign languages is a plus.
