Billing Specialist

Billing Specialist SERVPRO Team Fosdick, is the premier fire and water cleanup and restoration company in Northeast Ohio. We have expanded our operations to include 13 franchises in the Cleveland, Akron, Mansfield and Toledo areas. Due to our recent growth, we are seeking a highly motivated, detailed-oriented, and organized Billing Specialist. The Billing Specialist is a key member of the Shared Services team who works closely to bill, estimate, monitor, track, and coordinate open jobs. In addition, the position is also responsible for communicating billing, estimates and status updates with customers/insurance carriers.Primary Roles & Responsibilities Include:Prepare and finalize invoices to customer and insurance carriersReview and audit field documentationCreate job estimates for Mitigation projects using XactimateCommunicate and monitor status of projects with project managers and insurance companiesPrepare job file uploads and reportsCommunicate with clients regarding inquiries on projectsCreate and submit final billing documentation for invoicingExperience & Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentWorking knowledge of current business software technologiesSuperb customer service, administrative and verbal/written communication skillsExperience in the restoration or insurance industry is desiredExperience in billing activities and writing estimatesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailBenefits:Competitive salaryMedical/Rx insuranceDental and Vision InsurancePaid Vacation and HolidaysBasic and Voluntary Life Insurance401(k) plan with Company matchServpro Team Fosdick is an Equal Opportunity EmployerCompensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
