Client Services Associate
Our client, an independent investment advisory firm dedicated to delivering tailored financial solutions and exceptional client service, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Client Service Associate. This role is essential in maintaining client relationships and ensuring the seamless management of client accounts and inquiries.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.Assist with account openings, transfers, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Monitor client accounts and report any issues, significant money movements, or discrepancies to appropriate team members.Provide clients with updates on their portfolios and explain investment strategies and performance.Collaborate with advisors to prepare for client meetings and presentations.Ensure all client communications and documentation comply with industry regulations.Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions.Work closely with client advisors, compliance officers, and other team members to enhance service delivery.Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and firm policies.Pursue relevant certifications and training opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of Client Service Associate experience, preferably within the financial services industry.Experience with Fidelity systems is highly preferred.A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial services industry.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.*This is a hybrid role, but you must reside in the Houston, Texas area*
